A pleasant 39 year old lady requested Liposuction in Scottsdale, Arizona of the tummy, hips and outer thighs. She also requested breast augmentation with silicone gel filled breast implants. For the lipo, her priority was the outer thighs. These were large and she was quite self-conscious. Before lipo, she was 5 feet and 170 pounds, had good skin tone, and was not flabby. She had some medium size fat pockets which could be treated with liposuction in the tummy. Her outer thighs showed larger fat pockets on the exam. She had her liposuction at a local Arizona plastic surgery center. We performed her lipo while removing 3.7 liters of unwanted fat from the tummy, hips, outer and inner thighs. This included 850 cc of fat from each outer thigh. Her before and after photos were taken 4 months after cosmetic surgery.
