A nice 29 year old man from Phoenix, Arizona requested liposuction for gynecomastia. He had a consultation with me at my Scottsdale Plastic Surgery Center. The exam showed he mostly had soft fatty breast tissue and normal size areolas, all could be treated with liposuction of the breasts in one session. He had a comfortable surgery and I removed a total of 625 cc of fat from the breast, including 325 from the larger left side and 300 from the smaller right breast. The before and after photos are taken 6 weeks apart.
