A 35 year old man who lost 32 pounds on his own consulted about breast reduction surgery in men. He had a consultation with me at my North Scottsdale Plastic Surgery office and we discussed his goals. The plan he liked the breast included liposuction of the breasts and surrounding areas and areola reduction. A total of 900 cc was removed via liposuction, including 500 cc on the bigger right breast and 400 on the smaller left side. In the before and after photos, taken 5 months apart, we see a nice reduction from the combination surgery on gynecomastia.
