This is a 28 year old lady from Phoenix, Arizona who requested multiple procedures including tummy tuck, liposuction, breast enhancement and Brazilian butt lift. She had a consultation with me at my Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. She had two separate surgeries to accomplish her plastic surgery goals. During the first operation she had breast augmentation and nipple reduction and a tummy tuck with lipo of the tummy and hips. She then returned several years later for liposuction in the back, bra rolls, thighs and arms and fat grafting to the buttocks. She also wanted a Brazilian butt lift with the fat I was planning to remove from her body. Her goal was to improve the size and definition of her buttocks through fat transfer. She also wanted her buttocks to look more round. She was 5 feet 2 inches and 170 pounds before her Brazilian butt lift. She had her lipo and fat injections performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center. She went home after the fat injections to the buttocks. A total of 3.8 liters of unwanted fat was removed via liposuction from the thighs, tummy, back and arms. She had 680 cc of fat transfer placed into each buttock for augmentation and shaping. Photos 10 months after her body sculpting surgery show the new shape of the buttocks and back. She now weighs 156 pounds. She told me recently that she enjoys the satisfaction of wearing tight jeans that really show off her figure.
