A combination mommy makeover type 4 procedure is shown in the before and after photos. In this case, a 36 year old lady requested tummy tuck, liposuction and fat injections to the buttocks. She was found to be a good candidate for Brazilian butt lift and the operation was carried out at a local hospital with an overnight stay. She had a total of 3650 cc of fat tissue removed via liposuction and another 855 grams of tissue from the tummy tuck. We used 880 cc of the harvested fat and performed fat injections into each buttock. The distribution of the fat injections were primarily to the central buttock to create a nice "bubble" butt, but a nice upper buttock shelf was also enhanced. In the after photos, it is easy to see the increased buttock projection.
