Here we have a nice 29 year old woman from southern Arizona requesting multiple plastic surgery procedures. She consulted with me at my Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. She requested a combined breast augmentation, breast lift, tummy tuck, lipo, and Brazilian butt lift. She wanted to have all her cosmetic surgery performed as as single operation. Her goals were several, including having a tighter tummy, a fuller cup that is less saggy, and a round and attractive buttock. She decided to have her mommy makeover completed at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center. The operation performed included a anchor-pattern breast lift, placement of saline breast implants under the muscle, tummy tuck with muscle correction and liposuction of the tummy and hips. She also had fat transfer to the buttocks. She had a pain reducing pain pump placed in her tummy for improved comfort. She stayed overnight for 2 days for an easier recovery. The lipo of the back, thighs, and arms was performed. The unwanted fat which was removed with lipo totaled 2 liters. She had 400 cc of fat grafting into each buttocks. Her before and after photos from the fat injections are shown before and at 4 month since her cosmetic surgery. At her last visit, she mentioned that her confidence is up tremendously since her body sculpting surgery and that she feels she has accomplished her goal of having a better figure.
