A 42 year old lady originally from western Arizona desired liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. She came to my medical office located in Scottsdale, Arizona for a plastic surgery consultation. Her goal was to increase the size of her buttocks using fat injections. She also wanted her buttocks to look more round. At the same time, she would like for me to perform lipo of the front and back of the body. She also wanted lipo of the arms and thighs and for me to use this volume for fat transfer. She is 5 feet 4 inches and 160 pounds before her cosmetic surgery. She told me that she never had a buttock in all her life and also had a scar dimple on the left buttock from an injection as a child. She had surgery at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center. She had 4.5 liters of unwanted fat removed via liposuction on the thighs, tummy, back, and arms. She had 1000 cc of fat grafted into each buttock. Photos 6 months after her plastic surgery, show the new shape of the buttocks. She now weighs 149 pounds. She told me recently that she has a lot more confidence because her buttocks are very round and full.
