This is a 36 year old lady from Goodyear, Arizona who wanted tummy tuck, liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. She came to my medical office located near Scottsdale, Arizona for a cosmetic surgery consultation. Her goal was to improve the size and definition of her buttocks via fat injections. She also wanted her buttocks to look more round. She requested that I use the fat in her tummy. She wanted me to perform a tummy tuck with lipo to the back, thighs, and hips. She then wanted me to perform fat transfer into the buttocks and hips. She also wanted lipo of the arms and also to use this for fat grafting. She is 5 feet 3 inches and 139 pounds before her cosmetic surgery. She told me that she never had enough fullness in her buttock and that she was not happy with the size and shape of the buttocks and back. She commented that her fat pockets over the back and hips made her look like she had a square butt. She complained that her waistline was not well-defined and that she would prefer to have a better hourglass figure after body contouring surgery. She had her mommy makeover type 4, including tummy tuck, liposuction and Brazilian butt lift performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center. She stayed overnight for greater comfort. She had 3 liters of unwanted fat removed via liposuction on the thighs, tummy, back, and arms. She had 650 cc of fat grafting into each buttock. She also had 200 cc of fat injections into the hips. The total volume of fat transfer was 1650 cc. The weight of the tummy tuck skin removed from her body during her cosmetic surgery was 2 pounds. Photos 4 months after her body sculpting surgery show the new shape of the buttocks and back. She now weighs 132 pounds.
