In this area we have a very nice 44 year old lady from the Pinnacle Peak area in North Scottsdale, Arizona who came to the office requesting several plastic surgery procedures. She had lost 65 pounds many years before and had been waiting to find the right plastic surgeon to do her cosmetic surgery. She sat down with me at my Scottsdale, Arizona medical office and discussed her priorities. I listened carefully as she explained her dissatisfaction with her buttocks. She told me that her buttocks had always been very flat and small. She noticed they took on a worse shape after the birth of her daughter and got a little bit worse after the extra weight came off her body. She was also concerned about the fat that still lingered in her back and hips. She noticed her right hip was heavier than her left hip and wanted better symmetry. She wanted me to take out the fat from the tummy, hips, thighs and back and perform fat grafting as much as possible into the buttocks for a Brazilian butt lift. I recommended a tummy tuck to compliment the rest of the surgery she requested. This allowed me to obtain additional fat volume for fat injections. She had her mommy makeover type 4 performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center. She had 2.2 liters of unwanted fat removed from her body using gentle liposuction, and I did fat transfer of 760 cc of fat into each butt cheek. The fat injections were carefully preformed in order to increase her buttock size, but also to fill in the depressions on the outside of the buttocks. The results of the surgery, including the fat transfer, are shown in the before and after photos taken 3 months after her cosmetic surgery. She told me at her last visit how pleased she is with her new figure, and especially, the buttocks which are round and attractive.
