A nice 26-year old lady from Phoenix, Arizona wanted to have liposuction and Brazilian butt lift all in one surgery. She came to my plastic surgery center in Scottsdale, Arizona for a cosmetic surgery consultation. Her goal was to improve the size and definition of her buttocks via fat injections. She also wanted her buttocks to look more round and attractive. She also wanted a tight tummy and for me to reduce unwanted fat pockets in the tummy, hips and back. She requested I move the fat into the buttocks at the same time. She also wanted lipo of the bra rolls. Before plastic surgery, she is 5 feet 4 inches and 156 pounds. I told her that she has a square butt and a V-shape body from the back. I recommended liposuction and Brazilian butt lift via fat transfer. The operation was done at a local Scottsdale plastic surgery and recovery center. During surgery, 4.4 liters of fat was removed via liposuction on the tummy, back, and bra rolls. A total of 800 cc of fat was transferred into each buttock and then an additional 200 cc of fat injection into the outer thighs. The total volume of fat placed in the buttock and saddlebags was 1600 cc. Photos show her results at 4 months after circumferential liposuction and buttock augmentation.
