This 31 year old lady from North Phoenix, Arizona requested liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. Her goals were to reduce the size of her tummy, hips and back fat while achieving a bigger and rounder buttocks. After kids, her tummy became very flabby and her figure changed. Before the children, her buttock used to be very round and full. Now, her buttock is flabby and has lost that beautiful roundness. Her biggest goal was to achieve a high upper shelf on the buttocks. She did not want a traditional buttock lift because of the long incisions. Instead, she requested to flatten her tummy and hips using lipo and that I perform fat transfer to fill up her gluteals. She also wanted circumferential liposuction of the back, bra rolls, hips and thighs. Before surgery, she is 5 feet 0 inches and 135 pounds. She had surgery at a local Arizona plastic surgery. we performed 2.5 liters of unwanted fat removal via fat cell preserving tumescent liposuction on the thighs, tummy, and back. This included removal of 500 cc from the tummy and 400 cc of fat of each hip. We then performed fat injection to each buttock totaling 870 cc per side. Photos 5 months after her surgery.
