Here is a 33 year old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona who requested tummy tuck with circumferential liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. She had a consultation with me at the plastic surgery center located in North Scottsdale, Arizona in order to achieve her results. Her goals were to reduce the size of her tummy, an hour-glass shape and a bigger and rounder buttock. She told me that her buttock used to be very round and not saggy before pregnancy. After kids her tummy became loose and stretchy. She was now looking to flatten her tummy using the tummy tuck with a very low incision technique and then for me to perform a fat injection of this fat to fill up her buttocks. She also wanted me to perform liposuction of the back, hips and thighs to significantly reduce the fat volume and obtain an A-shape appearance with an hourglass waist. She wanted reshaping of her buttocks using the Brazilian butt lift technique with fat grafting. I recommended a mommy makeover type 4. Before her plastic surgery, she was 5 feet 8 inches and 137 pounds. Surgery was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center. She had 1.8 liters of unwanted fat removed via liposuction on the thighs, tummy, and back. She had a tummy tuck that removed 1 pound of excess weight from her body. She had 510 cc of fat injected into her buttocks. Photos 5 months after her surgery demonstrate the new shape of the buttocks, back and tummy.
