A 30 year old lady from Buckeye, Arizona requested a tummy tuck with circumferential liposuction and Brazilian butt lift surgery. She came to my plastic surgery center located in North Scottsdale, Arizona in order to achieve her results. Her goals were to reduce the size of her tummy, obtain an hour-glass shape and a bigger and rounder buttock, all in one surgery. Her butt used to be very round and not saggy before pregnancy. After kids her tummy was loose, deflated and stretchy. She was now looking to flatten her tummy using the tummy tuck and then for me to perform a fat injection of this fat to fill up her buttocks. She also wanted me to perform liposuction of the lower back and waist to significantly reduce the fat volume in the waistline and obtain an A-shape appearance. She wanted reshaping of her buttocks using the Brazilian butt lift technique with fat grafting. I recommended a mommy makeover type 4. Before her plastic surgery, she was 5 feet 1 inch and 103 pounds. Surgery was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center. She had 1.95 liters of unwanted fat removed via liposuction from the tummy, waist and back. She also had a tummy tuck that removed excess skin from her body. She had 460 cc of fat injected into her buttocks. Before and after photos 4 months after her surgery.
