A nice 41 year old lady requested a combination procedure with tummy tuck, liposuction and fat injections to the buttocks. She was found to be a good candidate for Brazilian butt lift and the operation was carried out at a local hospital with an overnight stay. She had a total of 3600 cc of fat tissue removed via liposuction. Most of the fat was obtained from her hips, which was very effective in reducing the size of her waistline. We used 880 cc of the harvested fat and performed fat injections into each buttock to create a nice “bubble” butt. The distribution of the fat injections were primarily to the central buttock, but a nice upper buttock shelf was also created.
