Here we see a nice 37 year old woman who wanted to have a combination tummy tuck, liposuction and Brazilian butt lift operation. She mentioned always having the desire to have a bigger buttocks during the consultation, but also requested a flatter tummy. I found her to be a good candidate for liposuction and fat injections to the buttocks. She requested only a moderate increase in the buttock shape and also wanted to have her dimples improved. She developed several dimples on her buttocks from childhood medicine injections and was very self-conscious about these. She had the operation performed at a local plastic surgery specialty hospital and did very well. During surgery we harvested a total of 4650 cc of fat using liposuction. An additional 1000 grams of tissue was removed from the abdominal area with the tummy tuck. During the fat injections a total of 510 cc of fat was placed into each buttock, with special emphasis of improving her dimples. Her after photos do demonstrate a nice round buttock shape, with reduction in the saddlebags and hips, and improved contour over the dimples.
