He may use the same incision site as your initial augmentation procedure, particularly if your previous implants were placed via an inframammary fold or areolar incision.
If you experience capsular contracture or have a ruptured implant, our doctors will remove the hardened scar tissue surrounding the implant before removing the implant itself. After which, he will carefully insert the replacement implant using a Funnel or no-touch technique.
