This area shows a 56 year old lady from Chandler, Arizona who requested several plastic surgery procedures. She had a consultation for body surgery at my North Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. I listened carefully as she told me that she lost 35 pounds and developed loose skin in her inner and outer thighs. She was also concerned about the excess skin and flabbiness of the abdomen, including the muscle weakness. She wanted to have a combined cosmetic surgery operation that would lift her inner and outer thighs, reduce the cellulite, reduce the wrinkles and improve the tone of the thighs, while tightening the tummy. We recommended an outer thigh lift, an inner thigh lift, and an extended tummy tuck. She did not want a circumferential incision, so we ruled out performing a lower bodylift at the same time.
