This case represents the more classic form of Brazilian butt lift. Here, a 30 year old lady is shown before and after liposuction and fat injections to the buttocks. Her priority was the buttocks area, but she was also uncomfortable with some fat pockets, which she judged to be excessive, in her tummy, back, hips and thighs. The consultation revealed that she had good skin elasticity and a flat buttock. During the operation, we were able to perform fat harvest yielding a total of 3200 cc of fat using liposuction. Then, during the fat injections, a total of 750 cc was injected into each buttock. The before and after photos demonstrate the results of the operation have created a fuller, more round buttock and a smaller waistline.
