This is another case of composite body contouring in which a 29 year old lady from Sun City, Arizona who requested tummy tuck with liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. After 4 kids, her tummy became very flabby. She wanted to flatten her tummy using the tummy tuck with a very low incision technique and use all the fat to fill up her buttocks. Her buttock used to be very round before pregnancy. When she came to see me, her gluteals were flabby and small to the point they were out-of-proportion.
